Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by both debit (PREFERRED PLEASE) and credit cards.

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer (account details on request) or cheque ,however the goods will not be despatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds and this therefore may result in an extended delivery time.
When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer by you to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. Despatch of the goods will signify our acceptance of the order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us, the seller and you the purchaser under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time, also to adjust the price of any item on our website at our discretion.

Title
Title of the goods shall pass to you the purchaser, only when paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the goods shall pass to you the purchaser at the point of delivery and we shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.


Descriptions
We try where possible to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, heights and weights, and images of all our products, however due to continual development, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy and such information should only be treated as a guide.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver next day, however this is subject to time of order, availability of stock and excludes weekends and statutory holidays.
Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service and all products ordered by this method will normally arrive within 1-5 working days.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non delivery of the order or any part thereof.

Tax Charges

All orders include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. (Excluding the Loyal Aluminium Industrial Scaffold Tower which is a trade product and prices therefore exclude VAT)

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee

Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for life, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will arrange the repair or replacement.
The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

BPS Access Solutions Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than to carriers when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other party.

Returns Policy

FAULTY GOODS
WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and re-delivery and the goods will need to be inspected before refund.

OUTSIDE 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee period you will be responsible for returning it to us. We will then arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only). If repair is not possible then we will replace the product. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.

UNWANTED GOODS
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and 'as new' we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods Damaged in Transit & Shortages
You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier's receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us promptly of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carriers and trace the missing items.
